Certificate Awarding Ceremony for Intermediate Level Online Library Education Course Successfully Held

The Myanmar Library Association (MLA) proudly hosted the Certificate Awarding Ceremony for the Intermediate Level Online Library Education Course on Saturday, 4 October 2025, at 9:30 AM in the Diamond Jubilee Hall, University of Yangon.The ceremony was opened with closing remarks by Daw Khin Hnin Oo, Advisor, Daw Myat Sann Nyein, President and all EC members and Trainers who congratulated the trainees on their achievements and encouraged them to apply their new knowledge and skills in their respective libraries.
Following the remarks, certificates of completion were presented to all trainees, and special awards were given to outstanding participants in recognition of their excellent performance throughout the course. Two trainees also shared their appreciation and experiences through thank-you speeches.
The Intermediate Level Online Library Education Course ran from 1 September to 1 October 2025, with 63 trainees from various libraries across the country participating. The program aims to enhance the life long learning, professional capacity of librarians and support the development of quality library services nationwide.
